What it will not do

  • It will not connect to LinkedIn. There is no API and no login: nothing is read from your account and nothing is written to it. You paste the result yourself.
  • It will not invent a skill or a result. Every claim is checked against the profile or CV you brought; a rewrite that adds one is rejected. It can make what is true findable, not add what is not.
  • It will not promise views. LinkedIn’s ranking is LinkedIn’s; the score measures what a recruiter’s search can find in your profile, which is the part you control.

How do I get my LinkedIn profile into the optimizer?
Three ways. Save your profile as a PDF from LinkedIn (More → Save to PDF on your profile page) and upload it: name, headline, About and positions are read from it. Or paste the text of the profile. Or start from a CV you built here, which already holds the facts. In every case you add the role you are aiming at.
Does the optimizer change my LinkedIn profile automatically?
No. There is no connection to LinkedIn, so nothing is published or edited on your behalf. The rewrite is shown section by section and you copy the parts you want into LinkedIn yourself. That is deliberate: your profile is your account, and LinkedIn’s terms do not allow tools to write to it.
How is the LinkedIn score calculated?
By a fixed rule, in five categories: whether the profile is complete, how the headline is built, the About, the experiences and, once you name a target role, how much of that role’s vocabulary the profile carries. The model’s rewrite does not score itself; the same rule scores the profile before and after, so the difference is real.
Can it add skills or results I do not have?
No. Every number, name and tool in the rewrite must already be in the profile or the CV you brought, and a draft that adds one is refused. The optimizer can say what is true in the words a recruiter searches for; it cannot say something new.
Which languages does it write in?
Italian and English, chosen when you start. Each has its own register, an About in Italian is not a translated English one, and the score’s keywords follow the language of the target role.
